Emmanuelle Houdart was born in Switzerland in 1967. Since 1996, she has been writing and drawing books, especially for children. Her unique graphic universe is a fascinating mixture of marvels and terror: she brings the inanimate to life and hybrids humans and animals. She has published several albums for Thierry Magnier, Nathan, Le Seuil and Les Fourmis Rouges of course!
